32 minutes at a relatively high intensity (7min miles) / HR 174 BPM. And then lower intensity at 143 BPM.

I don’t do Gym … I play twice a week Football, but I cannot find the people who wants to play basketball …I should be in NBA – lol… no SQLing (little joke)!
